To restart Outlook 2007, follow these steps:
1. Close all open email windows in Outlook.
2. Right-click on the Outlook icon in the system tray and select Exit.
3. Locate the Microsoft Office Outlook shortcut on your desktop or Start menu.
4. Right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
5. The program will start as if you were launching it for the first time.
