To set up Outlook 2010 for the first time, follow these steps: 1. Open Outlook. 2. Click on Account Settings. 3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu. 4. Choose Email Account and click New. 5. Enter your email address, password, and account type. 6. Click Next to continue setting up your account.
