To change your email settings in Outlook 365, follow these steps: 1. Click on File > Account Settings > Account Settings. 2. Select the account you want to modify and click on Change. 3. Choose Manual setup or Additional server types. 4. Modify the incoming and outgoing mail server information as needed. 5. Click Next and finish the setup process.
