To get the ribbon back in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:
1. Click on 'File' in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Select 'Options'.
3. In the Options window that appears, select 'Customize Ribbon'.
4. Under 'Microsoft Outlook Tools', ensure all the checkboxes are selected for the tabs you want to see on the ribbon.
5. Click 'OK' to save your changes.
