To set up IMAP in Outlook, follow these steps: 1. Open Outlook, 2. Click 'File', then 'Account Settings', 3. Click 'New', 4. Select 'Manual setup or additional server types', 5. Choose 'Internet Email', 6. Fill in your email account information including the IMAP server and port number, 7. Click 'More Settings', 8. Go to 'Outgoing Server' tab, select 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication', 9. Select 'Use the same settings as my incoming mail server', 10. Click 'Finish'.
