To find POP3 or IMAP settings in Outlook:
1. Open Outlook and click on 'File'.
2. Select 'Account Settings', then 'Account Settings'.
3. In the Account Settings window, select your account and click on 'Change'.
4. Go to 'More Settings' and navigate to the 'Servers' tab.
5. Under 'Incoming server (IMAP)', you will find the IMAP settings, while under 'Outgoing server (SMTP)' you can find the POP3 or SMTP settings.
