To set up Outlook 2016 with another account, follow these steps: 1. Launch Outlook 2016. 2. Click on 'File'. 3. Select 'Account Settings' and choose 'Account Settings' again from the dropdown menu. 4. In the Account Settings window, click on 'New'. 5. Select 'Email Account'. 6. Fill in your name, email address, account type (IMAP or POP), incoming server, outgoing server, user name, and password. Click 'More Settings'. 7. Go to the Outgoing Server tab, check 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and select 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'. 8. In the Advanced tab, set the incoming server port to 993 for IMAP or 143 for POP, and the outgoing server port to 587. Click 'OK' twice and then 'Next'. Your account should now be configured.
