To create a recurring meeting in Outlook: 1. Click 'New Meeting'. 2. Add the recipients, subject, and details. 3. Go to the 'Recurrence' tab > select the recurrence pattern (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.). 4. Set the start and end dates for the series. 5. Click 'OK'.
