In Windows XP Professional 2003, you can enable CD burning service by going to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Windows Components > Networking Services > Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service and then checking the box for 'CD Burning'. Click OK to complete.
