To add CSS in a Joomla template, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Extensions > Template Manager and select your template.
2. Click on the Styles tab.
3. Click on New Style or choose an existing style to edit.
4. In the Editor area, paste your custom CSS code.
5. Save and Close the editor.
