Backing up and importing WordPress content can be done from the WordPress admin panel:n1. Backup: Go to Tools > Export, select the content to export (posts, pages, etc.), download the .xml file.n2. Import: Go to Tools > Import, choose the .xml file to upload, map authors if needed, and import.
