What is the difference between characters 23 and x23?
Answer Posted / Dinesh Pal Singh
Character 23 does not exist in ASCII, while x23 (or !) represents an exclamation mark. If you see '23' in a context that seems like it should be a character, it might mean it's a typographical error or a special encoding.
