1. Build: Create or modify processes, objects, and work items within the Development Environment.
2. Test: Validate the application's functionality in the Test Environment.
3. Approve: Obtain approval for the changes from relevant stakeholders.
4. Package: Prepare the approved components into a package (known as an .MTA file).
5. Deploy: Install the .MTA file on the Production Control Room.
