Standard Controllers are available for most Salesforce standard objects, such as Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case, and many more. To view the available Standard Controllers for an object, navigate to Setup > Object Manager > select an object > click on 'Page Layouts' and then 'View Page'. The related Visualforce page will show the associated Standard Controller.
