Tell me your reaction if a suspect offered money for you to "forget" his /her crime?

If a suspect offered money in an attempt to influence me to overlook their crime, I would refuse the offer and report the attempted bribery to my superiors. Accepting such an offer would compromise my integrity as a police officer and undermine the trust of the community.
