Regarding dividing your test work among the testers is not
a tedious task. Following factors are taken in to
consideration when dividing work to the test team members
- Skills needed for testing.
- Experience on the task to be performed.
- whether having right attitude for testing.
- whater comply with quality process.
- Having out of box thinkinng attitute.
- More necessary eager for test activity and eager to learn.
These are some of the basic thing. One can add more
according to the type of project.
