To create a grid in Word, follow these steps:n
1. Open your document.
2. Go to the "Page Layout" tab at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the "Columns" drop-down menu.
4. Choose the desired number of columns (e.g., '2 Columns').
5. To create a row with equal height, select "More Columns...", then check the box that says 'Equal column width' under Grid Settings.
6. If you need to adjust the gridlines, go to the "Page Setup" group and click on the "Gridlines" dropdown menu.
