"To copy and paste exact formatting in Excel, follow these steps:
1. Select the cells that contain the desired formatting.
2. Right-click on the selected cells and choose "Copy" from the context menu.
3. Navigate to the destination cells.
4. Right-click on the destination cells and choose "Paste Options".
5. In the "Paste Options" dialog box, select "Formatting Only" and then click OK."
