To plot two sets of data in Excel, first create a chart using the data. Select the data you want to plot, go to 'Insert' > 'Chart', and choose the desired chart type. You can then add another series by selecting the second dataset and pressing Ctrl + Alt + S to open the Chart Data Series dialog box. Add the new series and adjust as needed.
