I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.

Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?

I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. I have got an admit from MST,rolla (US) for this fall semester and I am planning to appear visa interview this monthend. My doubts are, 1) What questions would VO ask me? 2)I was rejected a business visa (B1) in april '11 (first rejection) will it affect F1 visa? 3)what if F1 visa got rejected this time? can i reapply immediately? 4)what are the rules if US visa got rejected twice? But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified?
