To reverse a table in Excel, select the table and go to the 'Table Tools' (Design or Layout) tab. Click on 'Sort', then choose 'Custom Sort'. In the dialog box, under 'Sort by', select any column, click on 'Other sorts', and then click 'Add Level'. Under 'Type', select 'Manual sort', and then click 'OK'. Reverse the order of the values (e.g., 1 to 10 becomes 10 to 1).
