Differences between horizontal scaling and vertical scaling?
Answer Posted / Deepa Hansda
Horizontal scaling, also known as scale-out, involves adding more instances or resources to handle the increased load. This is done by increasing the number of servers, usually identical servers working together. Vertical scaling, also known as scale-up, involves adding power or capacity to an existing server or instance. This can be achieved by upgrading CPU, memory, or storage.
