AWS Auto Scaling is a service that automatically adjusts the number of Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) instances in a group, based on conditions you define. This applies to multiple AWS services like EC2, ECS, and EKS. On the other hand, Auto Scaling for individual services refers specifically to the auto scaling capabilities within those individual services (e.g., Amazon Elastic MapReduce, Amazon DynamoDB).
