generally for bug reporting every company uses their own
tools like bugzilla,defecttrackingtool,PR(problem reporting)
tracker tool or some companies are by using excel sheet
only they are designing bug reporting templates.
the components in that template are 1)Bug id 2)bug
description 3)build version 4)seviority 5)piority 6)
assigned to 7)assigned by ,if required tester will attach
snapshot of the defect also
