I think there should be an equal balance between work and
money. If one works hard and does not get enough money, he
would lose his interest in the job and would find it
completely monotonos and dull. Even companies are aware of
this fact.To keep the interest of employees alive,they give
them incentives and appraisal as per their performance.
money is something which motivates someone to work hard. so
both of them are equally important.
