To turn off auto-sync on your Android phone:
1. Go to 'Settings'.
2. Tap on 'Accounts' or 'Google'.
3. Select the account you want to manage.
4. Find and tap on 'Account sync'.
5. Uncheck the boxes next to the apps that you want to stop auto-syncing.
