Explain 301 redirect and when would you use it?

Answer Posted / Kuldeep Kumar Azad

A 301 Redirect is a permanent redirect from one URL to another. It's used when you want to move a webpage permanently, telling search engines that the content has moved and to update their index accordingly. For example, if you change the URL of an existing page, use a 301 redirect to ensure that users and search engines are directed to the new URL.
