To create a custom feature in SharePoint, follow these steps: 1. Create a new folder and add element manifest files (Feature.xml, Elements.xml). 2. Define the feature and its elements in Feature.xml. 3. Define the feature's elements and their properties in Elements.xml. 4. Deploy the feature solution to SharePoint.
