int WINAPI WinMain(HINSYANCE,HINSTANCE(prev),LPSTR,int)
hPrevInstance is usefull at 16 bit plateform .Its value
alwys NULL at 32 bit plateform.
hprevInstance is Handle to the previous instance of the
application.
hInstance strores current running application
