call center is a type of industry from which it handle
customer's concerns through the use of telephone.call
center has two types; the first one is the outbound call
center from which the agents offers and sells differents
products and services through the use of telephone.the
second one is the inbound call center from which it handle
scustomers questions and concerns.in this type the customer
is the one calling the calll center unlike the first type
in which the agent is the calling the customer.
