To enable Initialize and Script ActiveX Controls in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to the Tools menu (or the gear icon on newer versions).
3. Click on Internet Options.
4. Go to the Security tab.
5. Select the zone for which you want to enable ActiveX controls (such as Internet or Trusted Sites).
6. Click on Custom Level...
7. Scroll down to the Scripting section and set 'Active Scripting' to Enable.
8. Under the 'Initializing and Script ActiveX Controls Notification', set it to 'Disable'.
9. Click OK to save your changes.
