ArrayList and LinkedList both have their own strengths, and the choice between them depends on the specific use case. ArrayList provides faster access to elements via indexes, which makes it suitable for sequential access or searching, while LinkedList is better suited for insertion and deletion operations at arbitrary positions because of its linked structure.
