In Windows, you cannot directly disable Automatic Repair as it's designed to help your system recover from critical issues. However, you can use the Startup Repair option during boot instead by pressing F8 or F12 while booting (depending on your PC model) and selecting 'Repair your computer', then 'Troubleshoot', and finally 'Startup Repair'.
