To disable automatic disk checks at startup, you can follow these steps: 1) Open Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc). 2) Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Filesystem. 3) Double-click on 'Turn off automatic delayed file check'. 4) Set it to Enabled and click OK.
