FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is not designed for sharing printers. Printers are shared using other protocols like TCP/IP, SMB, or LPD. To share a printer on a Windows system, follow these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
2. Right-click the desired printer and select 'Printer Properties'.
3. Click the Sharing tab and check 'Share this Printer'.
4. Set a Share name for the printer.
