applications used which power above metioned power?

Answer Posted / ashish kumar lal

active power is the power consumed by the electrical
device...it is cos component of the Apparent power VI.
Reactive power is the sin component of the Apparent power
VI. It is not consumed by the device but swings back and
forth between generating station and the load.It is the
unuseful component..so its increase causes much current
drawn by the device from the power plant hence extra burden.
