To create a new database in Sybase Central (Control Center), follow these steps:
1. Connect to the appropriate server instance.
2. Expand the 'Databases' folder in the left pane.
3. Right-click on the 'Databases' folder and select 'New Database'.
4. Enter the required information, such as database name, password, and other settings.
5. Click 'Finish' to create the new database.
