In Sybase, LTM (Load Transformation Manager) and RepAgent are used for data replication:
1. LTM: It is a client-based tool for transforming and moving data from one database to another. LTM can also handle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.
2. RepAgent: It is a server-based tool that provides real-time data replication between Sybase databases or between Sybase and other data sources.
