Cause: The native service layer was unable to determine the
number of arguments given for a configuration parameter.

Action: If it is possible, enable tracing and attempt to
reproduce the problem. In any event, contact Oracle Customer
Support.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
