"Registering COM+ services can be done through the DCOM Config tool or Component Services Administrator snap-in within MMC. To do this, right-click on the application, select 'Properties', then navigate to the 'Identity' tab and click on 'Launch and Activation'. Here, you can set the activation parameters for the service."
