WebLogic Server uses a multi-tiered architecture, which separates the application into distinct layers to improve scalability and maintainability. The primary tiers are: Client Tier (user interface), Web Tier (handles HTTP requests), Business Tier (contains business logic and services), and Integration Tier (handles database connections and messaging).
