Cause: resetlogs change# and/or time of the target database
doesn't match any database incarnation in the recovery catalog.

Action: if target database was opened with resetlogs option
then use 'reset database' to register the new incarnation.

Please add more information about this Error

if the lengths of two wires are same and the area of cross sections is 4:7 then what will be the ratio of current passing through these wires
