These objectives should be aligned with the overall organizational goals and be communicated throughout the company. To achieve these objectives, organizations develop action plans that outline steps to be taken, responsibilities, timelines, and resources required. Yes, quality objectives are measured through various metrics such as customer satisfaction, process performance, and product conformity.
