The self antigens for haemolytic anemia are primarily the Rh factor (Rhesus factor) and ABO blood group antigens. These antigens are present on the surface of red blood cells and can trigger an immune response when there is a mismatch between the mother's and fetus's blood types during pregnancy, leading to haemolytic disease of the newborn.
