"Good" cooling tower water has the following characteristics:
1. Low total dissolved solids (TDS): Minimizes scaling and corrosion.
2. pH value between 6.5 to 8.5: Prevents corrosion and maintains proper disinfectant effectiveness.
3. Free of bacteria, algae, and fungi: Reduces the risk of biological fouling and related problems.
