To measure the insulation resistance of a printed circuit board (PCB), you can use a Megohm meter or an insulation resistance tester. First, apply a DC voltage across the insulating material (usually between the PCB and ground). Then, measure the current that flows through it. Finally, calculate the insulation resistance by dividing the applied voltage by the measured current.
