The Transmission Line is a high-voltage electrical conductor used to transport bulk amounts of electric power over long distances, typically at voltages ranging from 110 kV to 765 kV. On the other hand, Distribution Lines are lower voltage lines (typically less than 34.5 kV) that carry electricity from transmission lines to individual homes and buildings.
