RMAN-06123: operation not supported without the recovery
catalog or mounted controlfile

Cause: A command was used which requires a connection to a
recovery catalog database or the target database to be
mounted. The command cannot be used when no backup
repository is available.

Action: If a recovery catalog database is available, then
connect to the recovery catalog and retry the command,
otherwise enter a different command.
