A Combination Thrust and Radial Bearing is a type of bearing that combines the features of both radial bearings (which carry loads acting perpendicular to the shaft axis) and thrust bearings (which carry axial loads along the shaft axis). This design allows the bearing to handle combined loads acting in both directions.
