Cause: This is an informational message to indicate the RMAN
could not successfully restore the files using the specified
backups. An attempt was made to restore the
datafiles/archivelogs/ controlfile/SPFILE using a previous
existing backup.

Action: See accompnaying additional error messages
indicating the cause of the failover.
